These baked donuts are made without a donut pan, using rolled aluminum foil in a muffin tin. They have a soft texture and are topped with a decadent chocolate peanut butter glaze, combining two favorite flavors.
Preheat an oven to 325 degrees.
Add the eggs, almond flour, coconut flour, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and baking powder to a large bowl and combine.
If using a donut pan, place the mixture evenly into each mold.
If using the muffin tray method, place 6 small aluminum balls in the center of a large muffin tray and add the mixture around the center.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden.
Allow the donuts to cool completely before glazing.
For the glaze, add the cacao powder, peanut butter, maple syrup, and water till a thin glaze forms.
Dip the cooled donuts in the glaze and let them set completely.
