Chocolate Protein Brownie Balls

Mix together the protein powder, almond flour, and cacao powder in a bowl, then add in the maple syrup and peanut butter and stir until combined. Slowly add milk, one tablespoon at a time, until a soft dough forms that holds together without being sticky. Roll into bite-sized balls and place on a lined tray. Melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil until smooth, then coat or drizzle over the balls and finish with flaky sea salt. Let set in the fridge until firm and enjoy.
