If PB&J grew up and started drinking coffee... this would be it. One sip is creamy, fruity, perfectly sweet, and somehow tastes just like the sandwich you loved as a kid. Trust me—you need to try this one.
Homemade Strawberry Jam:
Add 1 cup diced strawberries, 1 tbsp maple syrup, and 1 tsp lemon juice to a small saucepan over medium heat. Simmer for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally and gently mashing the berries until thick and jammy. Let cool.
PB&J Latte:
1. Spoon 1–2 tbsp of the homemade strawberry jam into the bottom of your glass.
2. Add 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tbsp maple syrup, and a dash of cinnamon to a mug. Pour 2 shots of hot espresso over top and whisk (or froth) until smooth.
3. Fill your glass with ice and pour in 1 cup of your milk of choice.
4. Slowly pour the espresso mixture over the milk.
5. Stir everything together and enjoy every nostalgic sip!
