½ cup creamy peanut butter

Melt half of the chocolate chips and spoon a thin layer into your pumpkin molds (or a lined mini muffin tin). Freeze for 10 minutes. In a bowl, mix peanut butter and pumpkin purée until smooth. Add a dollop of the pumpkin-peanut butter mix to each cup, then top with the remaining melted chocolate. Freeze for 20 minutes or until set — then pop them out and enjoy! Store in the fridge or freezer for the best texture. 😋
